FREE SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS
✨ Free Standard Shipping (with tracking) is available for all orders over $100 AUD.
🚀 Spend over $180 AUD and receive Free Express Shipping on your order.
🌏 International Shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 AUD per order.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Most parcels are shipped by or before the 4th business day from the order date.
If you need your order urgently, please choose Express Shipping to avoid delays.
You may also email us before placing your order to confirm whether we can meet your required delivery date.
Note: Express Shipping refers to the Express Postage service once your order has been shipped via Australia Post Express.
Our team responds to emails within 24–48 hours, though response times may be longer during peak seasons such as Black Friday, Christmas, or Boxing Day.
DELIVERY TIMES & TRACKING
Delivery times depend on the shipping provider and cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as postal congestion, customs clearance, weather, or traffic delays.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel ships.
If a parcel is lost, Freviva reserves the right to send a replacement.
Refunds will not be issued for delayed deliveries from carriers such as Sendle, Australia Post, Aramex, or DHL, if the parcel is ultimately delivered.
Please ensure all shipping details provided are accurate and reliable.
Once dispatched, Freviva can only access the same tracking information available to you.
Responsibility for delivery passes to the courier once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

TRACKING & DELIVERY QUERIES
Australia & New Zealand
- Allow up to 5 business days before querying your parcel.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle.
- Use your tracking number to check delivery progress on the courier's website.
If you still need help, please email info.freviva@gmail.com with your name, address, and order number.
International Orders
- Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
- Track your parcel using your Australia Post tracking number.
- If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 14 business days, email us with your order details.
- Please understand that customs or border delays are beyond our control.
Refunds cannot be issued for such delays unless the parcel is officially declared lost by the postal service.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- All customs, duties, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
- If you receive a collection notice, please collect your parcel promptly to avoid it being returned to sender.
- Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or uncollected parcels will not be refunded, and reshipping fees will apply.
- If your tracking shows Delivered, Freviva is not responsible for replacements.
We recommend selecting Signature on Delivery instead of “Safe Drop.” - If any item arrives damaged, please return it within 7 days for an exchange.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is in production or packaged for dispatch, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you need to make changes, please email info.freviva@gmail.com immediately to check your order’s status.
